Hi there children, let me tell you about a wonderful land
full of enchantment and happiness. Where nothing is imperfect
and everything is melodic. where heads are stuck on cloud nine and
all of the land is cheery and ecstatic.

first verse:
the meadows were gold/
the sun at its brightest/
nature at its most/
peak of excitement/

all the trees have grown/
far up where the sky is/
as the stories been told/
full moon when its shinin/

the people of peace/
whistling and skipping/
fond of the seventies?/
kind of like hippies/

nothin to stress/
unconditional love/
happy abreast/
minds white as a dove/

all you have seen/
all you have heard/
this is all but a scene/
behind is what disturbs/

but ill stay away for now/
look at the world/
beauty endowed/
as common as pearls/

flowers in swirls/
blown by the wind/
perfect boys and girls/
tranquility and bliss/

lives are in harmony/
bright colors and trust/
gods wonderful artistry/
keep the truth in a hush/


hook:
But no one saw the shadows looming across the horizon,
they were all blind by the enchantment, they didn't see
it coming. Slowly it crept under the sun, and beneath their
love. A grayscale of turbulance began to swallow up the land.
Montony and greed, the struggle for power and control would begin to

take play in this ignorant symphony of utter delightfulness.

2nd verse: 1:09
birds are tweeting/
the rivers are flowing/
clear blue in its color/
nature is glowing/

white topped mountains/
sunflowers are growing/
hear the sound of the fountains/
"do you hear the crows crowing?"/

all of them were singing and dancing and/
reading and laughing and being/
exceedingly happy/
none of them saw, there a man standing/
a royal blue business suit, suitcase in hand see/

a certain darkness loomed over his head/
he talked to the people and this is what he said/
"I am here to marvel at your achievements,
this land is a utopia, i want you to keep it.
I have a paper upon it an agreement,
no need to see it, no need to read it/
come here and sign it, youll live here forever,I promise, scouts honor,

I guarantee it"/

3rd verse: 1:48
The people were blind, they smiled and stared/
couldnt see behind that suit, an evil was there/
they grabbed his pencil, and signed the paper/
but what they didn't know that it was a waiver/

slowly but surely things began to change/
they were noticing things that were so strange/
nights were longer, and the kids misbehave/
flowers were dying, and so people complained/

they went to the man and asked him this question/
"whats goin on? our lands in recession."

he explained to them what they signed away/
were "freedom and love, beauty and days"/
and in order to fix it they needed to pay/

the people were mad, they didnt know what to say/
they revolted but theres so much
that flowers, and laughter, and happiness and love can
do against soldiers/

at the end of the chaos, taxes were due/
he made a currency backed by no value/
and it had interest, so debt insued/
he was the bank, and they were confused/

he created them lawyers, but they were expensive/
he created police, to keep them in check and/
created factories cuz time to think was nothing to mess with/
made god and belief/

then the air was polluted, rivers molested/
everythings stripped away, a rise in depression/
it was sad, and they all couldnt see it/
now they have taxes, bills, pain and bereavement/
painful music where there lyrics are repeated/
he spawned little versions of him with no souls/

let them reek havoc in a building painted white/
and now the people are autonomous with false rights/

and as the moral of this whole nefarious story goes/
dont trust everybody with sharp and clean clothes/
the people have forgotten how it has started/
even though its been a long time, the man has not departed/

he distributes his power between him and his friends/
through secret rites some chants and some hymns/
this is not bullshit if you want my opinion/
but the truth is, no one will believe it/

no one wants to see it, better yet want to know/
and if you tell them about it, they tell you to go/
take your crazy stories, and leave them alone/
i just want my tv, and be safe in my home/

everyones trained to close their minds/
