Hinds-Bock Corporation's new compact design automatic Icer/Glazer.

One piece design can be used for icing sheet cakes and brownies, bundt and ring cakes, cookies, muffins, donuts, and snack bars. Virtually endless product coating options can be obtained through the use of the oscillating string icing wand, or the quick, tool-free attached waterfall laminar flow trough.


Includes the following features:

Tilting conveyor assembly for easy sanitation and maintenance
24" wide wire-belt conveyor (18 x 26 sheet cake pans can be run wide edge leading)
Variable speed conveyor drive
Heated double wall icing tank
Monometer style water level sight glass
Variable speed propeller agitation
Variable oscillation speed for icing wand
Variable speed pump drive
Sanitary filter screen for recirculation of icing
Heater controls
Full Stainless Steel construction
All controls housed in a NEMA 4X rated washdown enclosure
Large diameter locking and swiveling casters
