Disneyland should have bought bombardiers, or better yeat the Shinkansen.

I like this new Disneyland Monorail, I actually get to sit in the front with the driver in February 2009 and I ask to push the Monorails horn.
-
That horn blows, in more ways than one.
They should have gone back to the MkIII horns, and put the dome back on. But remember, these are the idiots who CHOPPED THE ORIGINAL MONORAILS INTO SCRAP. No sense of tradition or history.
Oh, well, at least they're getting away from the city-streetcar look.
-
Hopefully the monorail will be in service soon.
-
when is this going 2 open I saw the new monorail at disneyland
-
"There's no-one in there!!" The kid states the obvious while the grown-up tries to explain, like he knows for sure "Yeah, the executives blah blah blah". Gotta love it. Anyway, thanks for sharing...I miss DL and MUST see this new monorail next time I'm there.

I heard that they were doing daytime testing but stopped on May 2nd, and just recently, they started testing again.
-
What a beauty!!!
Unfortunately, they stopped doing day-time testing for the Mark VII, but you can still see it in the storage for the monorails. To see this, you can look to the right of the monorail as it approaches Small World or you can look behind you as you ride the Toontown-Fantasy land train.
