The melody used here, was not composed by Munkach. Rather it is a Modzitzer niggun, composed by the first Rebbe of Modzitz, the Divrei Yisrael. It is known as the Akdamus Niggun & is sung on Shavuos and on the DY's yahrzeit.

This song is the first stanza of Maoz Tzur.
The remaing stanza are sung in the following videos (samples 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 ).
Try listening to 2 at the same time. Playing sample 4 with part of sample 3 in the backround sounded very nice.
