This is the first in a set of two videos by AllisonsBigToe.com that demonstrate the Chi Running after-running stretches. Video 1 shows: Calf, Achilles, Hip flexor and upper hamstring, and Psoas. More descriptions of these can be found on pages 210-211 in the book "Chi Running" by Danny Dreyer. I do these stretches after every run in my Vibram FiveFinger KSO minimalist shoes.
