UK immigration tightened

Britain's immigration laws will be toughened up to stop foreign criminals using the Human Rights Act to stop being deported.

Home Secretary Theresa May says lax laws have allowed a number of killers and rapists to stay in the UK.

Speaking to the Conservative conference in Manchester she said their right to a family life which is enshrined in the Human Rights Act is too often being put before the need to protect the public.

Mrs May says she wants the Human Rights Act to be scrapped.

A review of the system was ordered in July after figures showed the right to a family life - Article Eight of the European Convention on Human Rights - was the number one reason foreign criminals or illegal immigrants managed to defeat deportation.

More than 100 foreign criminals and illegal immigrants, including a number of violent offenders, used the controversial right to avoid being deported last year.

I am certain the real immigration numbers are false. They are in their 10's of millions imo and not counting the illegals.

I also believe the cost to the UK born taxpayer has been hidden. I believe immigrants are prioritised over white UK born people.

I believe the goverment has let them in because they were unable to reliably get the votes they needed from the white Brits who stopped believing their campaign lies 20-30 years ago.

The Indian Woman Mrs Chapti said it violated her human rights to not let her husband join her permanently in the UK, her lawyer freely admitts that she divides her time between Leiceter and India, I want to know how this violates her human rights, she is free at any time to join her husband in India and stay with him permanently, what about the UK tax payers human rights surley it should be our right to not have to pay for all these non productive immigrants, there's just too many.
