Ekal Marathon Team @ Seattle is training hard for the upcoming Rock-n-Roll Seattle Marathon.
20 runners will run under Ekal banner at Rock-n-Roll this year (2009).
This video features the ekal team, and how they get inspired and keep motivated to run when every single step is a challenge :)
The team is looking for raising $10,000 overall for the cause.
