Go to the museum, shoot Shepard from the door way [sniper] then walk into the hall a few feet, then come back to the door way and he will re-appear. Keep shooting until you run out of ammo.

Walk over to his pile of dead bodies and look at the wall. the amount of blood stains will cause your system to lag. [On Xbox at least]
