Oh good grief. Spurrier wasn't needing any 'protection' at that moment. The GA defense was the one needing protection from him! He's not exactly a president or dignitary. They were at a GAME not a political rally. I am sure these same fellows are extremely dedicated and attentive in an appropriate situation.

It's nice to see the human side of these guys, loving their home team. I am glad they got such a great assignment, and had a little fun on top of it. Go Dawgs!

I get the point of the clip. They're supposed to be cute and funny.

I'm married to a retired trooper, so I appreciate your respect for law enforcement. What you may not know is these same guys get assigned to presidential security details and do dignitary protection when governors from other states visit. Hope they don't stand off in the corner making cute hand gestures when they're supposed to be protecting a real public official.

Give me a break. Law enforcement works hard everyday they deserve perks like getting to watch a Georgia game up close. Besides you have totally missed the point of the clip which should not have to be explained to you.
