@dachshund103 First of all you need a visit to the doctor to rule out other possibilities. If it is IBS then cutting out offending foods like red meat, broccoli, peppers, etc. will help. Don't use Metamucil, get Citrucel which is what our doctor suggested. Talk to your parents about your issue and get to the doctor first as your symptoms may not be due to IBS. Good luck to you.

@dachshund103 i also have ibs and i am currently having a treatment were they stick a tube up ur nose and its filled with lactalose and makes u poo out liquid and it is very effective warning if u dont like getting shots than dont do it but they only give you 1 shot

@dachshund103 Sorry ! For better control with your 'doo' try asking your parents to buy you Metamucil. ! :D I hope you feel better. Oh, also don't eat so much junk/oily/greasy/dairy foods and your stomach will feel better~ Try emptying your stomach in the morning as much as you can and more frequently throughout the day!

i'm 14 and i'm really scared, i dont handle pain well, i wake up with dull/sharp stomach pain, then i cant goto the bathroom. when i doo go i cant get everything out!. Please help 'im terrified!
