  • and back again? Synapse is unidirectional.

  • glad to see a close reading. the lyric means "electrical, to chemical, and back into electrical"

however, it could be correctly interpreted to mean bidirectional. google the term "retrograde signaling synapse" - the bidirectionality of some synapses is not in all textbooks, but is becoming an important part of understanding of how nervous systems develop.

  • Exceptionally innovative approach to combining our multiple intelligences (linguistic, logical-mathematical, spatial, bodily-kinesthetic, musical, interpersonal, intrapersonal, and naturalist, see Howard Gardner) in an attempt to understand, apply, analyze, and synthesize (see Bloom Taxonomy) knowledge about how drugs affect normal brain functioning. My only suggestion is next time to try holding frames of key concept scientific diagrams a bit longer on screen. Nitpicking, i know.

  • thanks for the feedback. most of the videos I made this year erred on the side of entertainment and keeping students excited rather then pedagogical value (and were all specifically geared towards our university course). but I'm looking forward to trying to dial up the educational value a little, so thanks for the advice.
