This is Colombia.

My trip to Colombia in April of 2010. I visited Medellin, Santa Marta, Taganga, Cartagena, and spent 3 days in Tayrona National Park. I shot all of this with a Lumix TS2 digital camera.

This is how I experienced Colombia. I experimented with several soundtracks, but M.I.A.'s Bird Flu seemed to fit the images the best...even though it's not even remotely Colombian. If you don't like the soundtrack, there are hundreds of Colombian travel videos with Salsa soundtracks.

It's safe, it's gorgeous, it's friendly. Go see it for yourself.

@minscco Actually I saw many beautiful parts of Medellin...but due to weather conditions, the best video I shot was of the comunas. :( I regret not including more of Medellin in this video, but I only spent 2 days there.

is a great video... and u should know it is hard to offend Colombians.. but some salsa will sound better though... you really need to go to CALI...u miss that one...

Awesome video man!! Even thought you did only shot on las comunas in Medellin which is not the most amazing place on earth, it is part of us though so whatever.Actually you shot the lights park(el parque de las luces) and Boteros sculptures.I appreciate you doing this cus that way people will get to know more about what colombia is really about and the extraordinary geography we have there.One thing that would reallly impact someone who visits colombia for the fist time is the pure vivid green
