@duar97 The light are basically white dots (actually a very llight yellow) painted on a separate layer. If you right click on the the layer in the layers pallete and select "blendi9ng options" there is an option to add an outer glow to the whole layer. I just used this with a bright yellow glow and suitable setting sofr opacity/size etc.

@mtc2753 Sorry, i don't have the original real-time source file any more. Maybe you could download the youtube video and use a video player like VLC to slow it down? If you have any speciffic questions, then please do ask.
