Couple more suggestions: Make the box larger so that she is able to position herself to match the position that's on the drawing on the rectangular boxes. Also, when you remove the last box with the whole in it, put it where it is in 1:55, then alter your base so that her hand can appear at that place, similar to what other magicians do with their assistant's heads. Just my ideas :) It will definitely improve this illusion.

Great to see new uses for bases. I'd make the front cover of the box more nice and after the lady reappears, when you cover the box again, it would be great to produce another assistant like in David Copperfield's Blue Print illusion.
