Stupid dog?? More like stupid owners not keeping the dog on a leash at the f*ing Tour de France!!! Why the f* would you just let your dog run around when there's a race going on?? They shoulda had a no animals policy anyways for the spectators...

Sadly, there are no shortage of negligent dog owners on this planet. I think anybody planning on owning a dog should be required to pass some sort of test to ensure they are capable of being responsible.
