does it matter if you get the 3.0 or 6.0 gb/s hard drive? will i run into any problems? or what is the difference specificly.

@salvado55 The reason is covered in the full written review, link is in the video description. The PS3 does not take advantage of data transfer over 1.5GB/s. So in essence you could try but would more than likely be wasting money if you spend more for the higher transfer rate drive.

wait why does your website say "this how to should be absolutlely used by know one, and might not even work" under the warning section? wait now im lost , does it work or not?

@cooldarren97 That's our general disclaimer. Yes it worked for us and we detailed the process that worked for us, however we cannot be held responsible for any possible damage someone might cause to their system.

@cooldarren97 The fuil disclaimer reads "WARNING: We are not responsible for any lost data, damages, or errors which result in misconfiguration of your PS3 system. Replacing your hard drive could possibly void your warranty - we do not recommend voiding your warranty. PROCEED AT YOUR OWN RISK - IF YOU BORK YOUR PS3 WE CAN NOT HELP YOU. This "how to" probably doesn't even work and should be used by absolutely no one." However, several readers have reported that this guide worked like a charm. :)

i was wondering why you suggest a 1.5GB/s drive instead of 3.0Gbs. Would you know anything about a grinding noise problem? Thanks.
