Did you notice that weird "spider walk" the Black Widow does?
Twelve, the moveset copying android from SFIII, uses the same technique.
Does that mean that the Black Widow has been captured and killed by Twelve and/or the organization that created him?

It was never released outside of the arcades, although I hope that it gets ported to a console as part of a collection or something someday.
