i was on final knockdown, pills wouldn't of made a difference

I'm quite sure he means you could live longer.
But since your playing campaign you don't care if you die right infront of the safe room? you just come back to life in the safe house with 50hp

when at final knockdown, one swipe will kill you, regardless of how many pills you take. only way to cure is with a health pack, which we didnt have.
better for me to soldier on than to waste pills
