Do you guys not know that dignitas is a name more famous for being a Swiss euthanasia clinic, so it's got a bit of a stigma attached. You're doing great work, but I'd probably change the name, even if you Americans don't understand irony.

Our name comes from our focus on restoring life with dignity for those who do not have access to life-saving treatment for HIV and related illnesses.
