I do not recommend fasting for more than a day unless it's a juice fast or for medical/religious reasons. Fasting occasionally is documented to provide health benefits. Look it up. :)

  • Find a schedule online. Runner's World has them, or if you just google one I'm sure you'll fine plenty to your liking. You can be running a half in like 10 weeks.

  • Dude, I started in "super morbidly obese". I did a dance when I became "morbidly obese" and then another when I was just "obese". XDDDD When I'm just "overweight" I might just throw a damn party. LOL.

    Your mom and dad sound really...interesting. No wonder you're really new-agey. XDDD
