@forhinka I (still) tried again and it doesnt work for me, I have version 3.2.3 and build 11796. It looks like fraps dont recognize runescape as a game so even the FPS doesnt show up on the corner and its not possible to record.

Do you use default setting or have u changed something? Or maybe u have newer version or something?

Fraps would lag way less than hypercam so it would be very helpful for me. :-)
