quark has the texture of philly cream cheese and the nutrition of (or better than) cottage cheese.

It's german in origin but is available in the states through vermont butter & cheese co. or appell cheese. In Australia it's made by bd farm paris creek and burra foods. Alternatively use cream cheese

At first I thought cheesecake ? wtf? total indulgence, but with the Quark, and filo, i think your right , its much healthier.

Your arms and shoulders look really huge... good for you. Its just summer down there in Oz i think. Isnt it fun to go to the gym in summer....

Its winter up in northern earth... were working out hard up here too, but were always covered up with hoodies and longsleeves, so nobody can tell.....No fun.
