BBC Radio Five Live presenters Colin Murray and Simon Mayo discuss political bias in the US media, which as far as they're concerned means Fox News.

Also, the most popular newspaper among BBC employees.

  • Whats wrong with reading the guardian. Do you think the BBC should only employ Daily Mail readers?

  • Yes, that's exactly right. By pointing out the disproportionate number of Guardian readers at the BBC I'm obviously demanding that the corporation only employs people who read the Daily Mail. Well done for spotting that.

Of course, given that Fogarty says people take their Guardians to "the loo", it could just be that the staff prefer that particular newspaper's absorbency. I certainly do.

  • I thought it was a condition of employment that you read the Guardian at the BBC. I also thought you need impeccable left/liberal credentials or acquire them ASAP.

  • yeah sad to say its likely to be true...I don't mind what they think or what agenda they push, just not at the taxpayer's expense. I don't particulary like fox news either but I don't have to pay for that channel whether I like it or not. Its time the BBC put its own money where its considerable mouth is and started earning its own living, in this posters humble opinion.

  • You are out of day. It's the koran that they must read now.

  • and your point is? faux news sucks and everyone knows it, at least there not ready the daily star or the sun!

  • You have to be someone of considerable intellect and/or achievement to work for the BBC. This almost exculsively rules out the readership of the Daily Mail due to the nature of such persons sensibilities.

Perhaps if you were to spend a little more time reading and a little less time contriving these disigenuous BNP-lite agitations you would be able to afford real toilet paper?
