Stating that the court decided "that the media is allowed to lie" is just as distorted and incorrect as most of the "news" stories on Fox. The case was not about that at all. I am defending the court here, not Fox news. Stick to the realistic arguments. Don't make an argument by twisting and distorting the facts.
