  • scary poisonous caterpillar out there to kill us. Smash it.

  • Only poisonous if you're silly enough to eat it. And although i wouldn't go out of my way to splat it, I can tell you they make a mess if you happen to stand on one.

  • jassygarbe2 I right now on 11/12/08, am a major caterpillar collecter. I get them in all ways even if it takes having thorns all over my body. And I know (most) caterpillar names. I'm starting a scrapbook of where they live, when they are out, and what they eat. I'M AN CATERPIllAR FREAK!!

  • You're just what the world needs - more caterpillar freaks :-)

  • I am a catapillar freak..I used to collect them they are amazing in all shapes and forms.

  • Yeah, they're oddball sort of critters. This one is actually an Australian import, we don't get a lot here in NZ, certainly not big hairy beasts. We do however have some very large native worms and centipedes.

  • Thanks dude.

  • lol nice vid man :)

  • Don't know if I'd ever think of them as cute - even though they're completely harmless they look too spikey to be handled. They also get considerably larger.
