Second, no movie is straight from the book, but this is closer to them.

Thirdly, if you want to be a rude moronic fool, fine. You don't like this film? Fine. It is your OPINION that Jackson's version is better. Like I said, I like both equally.

Fourthly, Aruman is really Saruman, except that producers initially dropped the "s" because it sounded too much like Sauron.

If this film "sucks", the later version equally "sucks"...

Second: Where is Glorfindel in this version?

Third: Where is Tom Bombadil?

Fourth: Who's Aruman?

Fifth: This film sucks in general so accuracy to the book is a moot point anyway.

Sixth: I don't care that PJ copied two small scenes. His version is better.

@MasterofArda HA! Have you actually READ the books? If you did, you would know that these version actually DO follow the books more than the versions we all know of. Just because a movie has "cool" special effects and "HD" does NOT make it 'authentic'. Personally, I like both versions.
