Otis Luxury Talking Elevators at the Harold Washington Library Center (serves 10-LL but access permitted only for 9-3)

This elevator serves all 11 floors but LL-2 are inaccessible because they're behind a staff only area. 10 is restricted because of administrative offices. Also I didn't film the elevator from 3-LL because my parents told me not to and I was in close proximity to the security people who check your bags and person to see if you've attempted to smuggle books out of the library without properly checking them out. Due to the fact this is a public library and the largest in the world, security will be a bit tighter. Embedding onto an external site will NOT be permitted. And secondly, any comments about the security or complaining about the fact that I didn't record the elevator from 3-LL or the escalators from G-3 and 3-9 will be deleted. I didn't film those escalators because I wanted to get to the 9th floor quickly to see their beautiful winter garden. Thirdly, availibility on cell phones and mobile TV's has been turned off. I have the escalators from G-LL and back up.

Yes. 10 houses some offices, 2 and below open up past the security person.
