About The Builder:
Robert Marquis began his building career with his
father's construction company at the age of five when handed a hammer to keep him busy. He has not stopped
building since.He purchased his first house lot to build a home that
successfully sold while still in his teens. By the age of 24,he employed a full-time framing crew that evolved into
Rockwood Construction in 1989. Westgate Estates is by far his crowning achievement incorporating elegance and
