Skyscapes don't have anything to do with development of country (Nepal). I personally do believe that we've ability of generating utmost revenues by allocating resources from deep in the Terai to high in the Himalayas. Lets once review our country's position in terms of infrastructure of development_I do believe that we got standard facilities in the developed cities like Kathmandu,Pokhara,Chitwan but what about those in places like Humla,Jumla and many more.

This is a nightmare. Pokhara valley is one of the most unstable region in Nepal. That's why building tall houses were prohibited. And what more, why do u want to convert such a beautiful city into a concrete jungle (go to New York if u want one). What's needed is a new green way to make pokhara better and healthier and its denizens happier. Not all western idea of a city is good. Develop pokhara to be a unique city and enhance its charm and more ppl will come to visit it.

no way, skyscrappers can stand in pohara, specially with land erosion by river seti. It is a beautiful city but geographically Pokhara is one of the most unsafe city for future investment.
