Hello! thank you for this helpful video. By the way, I hear a lot of people keep on talking about jumping manual known as Nobolaron Manual (search on google), but I'm not sure if it is really good. Have you thought about Nobolaron Manual? I have heard many incredible things about it and my cooworker finally learn how to jump higher by using it, but he refuses to tell me: (

You should squat as low as your range of motion allows...dont compromise your neutral spine to get deeper

this is about 1/4 - 1/2 squat jump, I think. Butt should go down to the knee level or farther for a full squat jump.
