@Asianbeard "strength exercises pad out fat with muscle"? I was under the impression the more muscle groups worked on with weight training, the more fat is burned off even at rest. Of course, you have to stick with it and eat right as well of course. A balance of cardio and weight training...

@SoSoniLove generally, cardio workouts are best for weight loss so in effect these could help you lose weight. Strength exercises just pad out fat with muscle underneigth them. Endurance are quite good for building quite shapely muscles so basically holding a squat for an extended amount of time for example, so my advice would be do about 70-30 with cardio and endurance. I could be wrong, but do what suits you, but whatever you do, DO NOT STOP AS SOON AS YOU GET A BIT TIRED, just think, 2 more.

She needs to squat wayyy lower. Butt needs to be at least to the knees. When i do squat jumps, my ass hits the floor.
