mines is borken one day i was listening to ma dubstep and i heard static and i looked at it and kept on pressing all the buttons but there was no light at all! then i charged it and it would charge but then i take it out and press playe and it wont turn on like wtf???

@may19firefly1, I finally put music into my iPod. Like did you plug it all the way in??? Cuz I found out that the reason it wasn't working was that I didn't plug it all the way in.I think I can help you. Idk about the number.

I plug ine in and it blinks orange 3 times and then shuts off itunes does not recognize.
