@johnpiekarski8 It's really not a sad song at all when you listen to the message. it says "I am going over Jordan, to the that land, to which I go" That means your crossing the Jordan river into the 'promise land' Which is Heaven. So if you think about it it's actually a happy song. and she did a fantastic job singing it :)

Kinda twangy would be the words to best discribe this, its ok but the song is this sad song and by singing it like this kind of kills the meaning. Sorry not trying to be a downer but trying to make it better.

I just found you on here today and have spent hours sifting through your vids, you've got a beautiful voice and the passion to go with it. I can close my eyes and imagine you and your family gathered around a campfire singing gospil and bluegrass tunes throughout the night, I hope you go far in your career and keep true to the songs you sing. I haven't found any vids with you playing the guitar on here yet, are there any ? I know you play, and a lefty at that.
