Slavery.... Like it or not, it is a part of all American's history. Wrong, yes it was. But, so much in America has come from the struggles to remove this blot on our history. This, is a perfect example of how God alone, can make something so beautiful, come from something so ugly. I love this story that he just told, and I have learned something new tonight. Praise God and yes, what Amazing Grace....

Middle eastern slavery was far different than American slavery. It was more of an indentured servitude. You were a person with rights. You just had no money. Not even close to Americas version of slavery.

And when Africans sold slaves to America, they had that same understanding of slavery, as indentured servitude. Eventually, the slave ships began forcefully taking both slaves and freed Africans against their will. Kings and queens in Africa were taken as slaves.

If we are all connected through God if Christian then Why are there Churches with mostly if not all White people Black Churches with mostly Black People and why are there Chinese Churches where the minister and choir and most of if not all the congregation Chinese people.

Don't you mean the grace of Jesus? After all Christians Worship the Man Jesus who is not on earth anymore and has no divine power and never had divine power because he is God's Creation and you Don't worship God's creations.

This is to any one with no mind or have been brain washed . How could you say take God out the flag shame on you . God is the head of everything nothing is possible with out God you all may say other wise. @beachidiot I do believe in god, I am highly religious by the way. " One nation under god" 55% of the U.S is athiest however, and bringing the word god, is not right. Like for example: The gays want to get married, I don't want them to btw, people bring christianity into it saying god hates gays, Well, not everyone belives in god, so you shouldn't bring up religion
