I'm sorry if this offends you, but if you recall, the first time they showed in the anime that Rosa slapped her daughter, she first politely ASKED Maria to stop makking the "uuu, uuuu" sound. Maria did not do as her mother told her. Therefore she was punished. In other scenes Maria knows that her mother will become "The bad witch" (AKA when Rosa is angry) so why did she continue aggrevating Rosa when she knew what would happen? SO therfore I assume that YOU are the stupid one.
