Nolathane bushes are very simple to fit.

1) Clean all paint, rust and rubber deposits from suspension components
Inspect for damaged, bent, pitted or worn components and replace before fitting Nolathane bushes

2) Use Nolathane lubricant where supplied.
Adequately grease all bush surfaces designed to pivot, for example the flange faces and internal bores.

3) Tighten all nuts and bolts as per specification, with vehicle at normal ride height

DO NOT grease pressed-fit surfaces, for example the outer shell or the outside of the shackles bushes

REMEMBER, the major noise-producing factors in polyurethane bushings are incorrect fitment and un-cleaned mating surfaces.

Always use the vehicle manufacturers manual to ensure Nolathane warranty compliance.

Designed to integrate and offer a fully balanced handling solution. Nolathane suspension offers replacement bushes and alignment products. So for a catalogue, brochure or technical
