She was good when she started but after giving birth she changed into the Queen Mum! Many fans gave up on her after that, kinda two faced if you ask me.

sqqqsme all true bette midler fans know the album is called bathhouse betty because she choose that name as a tribute to the days that she played in the gay bath houses in new york back in the 70's with barry manilow it has nothing to do with religion or typo. bette i love you and everything you have done and will keep doing you are just the greatest fag hag that we can have WE LOVE YOU BETTE !!!!!!!!

This is a beautiful song. So well done by Bette.
I am a little perplexed by the reference to "Bethhouse Betty". Bette is Jewish, and she would know, I'm sure: S/B Bathhouse,actually. Beth is the Hebrew word for house; so that be Househouse. A little redundant. Probably just a typo. I was amused ;-)

One of Bettes best. I was so surprised that this song didn't chart higher. I would love to see her record a new pop album.
