  • @OrGinger8 Part Of Your Mudra- Emma Wallace

  • Insene flexibility

  • No it does not take 'incredible' dedication. A young person starting out early and who is 'naturally' flexible CAN achieve this in a year or two or regular practice twice a day. I have seen young boys and girls achieve great flexibility in around 8-9 months at a Yoga College here at chandigarh, India, where they attend a B.Ed. in Yoga program. The program starts in August and ends in March(exams are in April)

At an advanced age it might or might not ever happen.

  • She is naturally flexible, but developing the strength to hold those poses correctly took years of practice.

  • @veramentegina

Come on, that probably took years of hard work! just because someone has a natural ability doesnt excuse the fact that that took incredible dedication. natural felxibility or not, that's amazing.

  • yes,,, the song... who sings that... id love to use it for a performance art peice.

  • she is hyper-extended. she is naturally flexible
