@farisindonesia actually you should not use extra virgin oilve oil on food which you have to cook .it breaks down & looses its benefits.you can use canola oil instead .almost similar to EVOO but can withstand high cooking temperature .that is what i do .use EVOO on salads & veggies etc.

I made my own sauce for boneless chicken breasts. Not really a marinade, but it's extremely spicy, and I think it's pretty good. I don't prefer marinades because lots of times it calls for keeping it in overnight, which I don't like that much. I just like a quick 15 minute prep lunch.
