Fat Clemenza's quick and easy recipe for cooking for a group of hungry guys while giving a lesson on love. He really should have his own show on the Cooking Channel. One of Cousin Tommy Gun's and my favorite parts of the movie.

  • Anybody tries it if yea can you tell me how it turned out XD

  • @AjedrezEnEspanol You're right. The only time you don't need sugar is when you cook the sauce for a very long time, then the acid breaks down.

  • Paulie? ain't seeing him no more....

  • I love you with all 'a my heart. If I don't 'a see you again soon I'm 'a gonna die. lol!

  • I wish he didn't cut the crap; I'd like to hear more cooking lessons from Clemenza

  • @Cuteitaliangurl16 something sad is that he was intended to be used in godfather 2 but the actor couldnt write his own lines so he was replaced with that bald guy named frank (atleas thats what i think his name is its a long time since i saw the movies)

  • @Quillons1 as far as i know, you can say either. Cheers.

  • @AjedrezEnEspanol I thought people from Argentina were Argentine not Argentinian ;-)

  • @Quillons1 In fact, putting sugar is a sicilian thing. As far as I know, is because of the acidic tomatoes of the zone. Don't quote me on this because I'm argentinian, but we always put a little bit of sugar to counter the acidic tomatoes. Also i think i counter the fat of the meat you add.

    cheers and happy cooking/eating

  • @Quillons1 I'm Abruzzese. Ma told if the tomatoes were too acidic to put some wine in it. That said, gravy is one of my favourite things in the world, everybody does it differently, and I wanna try 'em all.
