This was the fastest French song I ever learned, but the best. It's an all state piece, and I agree., I love that song!
And your French vowels are very good. Mine isn't that well, mostly cuz I only had 10 days to learn it.
Congrats! :)

Didn't know you are into Opera!!! Awesome!

This was awesome but I think you could've dragged the Laa at 1:00 in the low note for longer which is beautiful when done so :)

Wow once my teacher made me sing this since I'm a tenor.
-
make sure your lower notes are supported.
overall, a nice performance.
I don't know if I would agree with the tempo choice but bravo to you.

@ClassicalKaren haha I was just having a race with Rene Fleming! I admire her so much for he accuracy and speed in this piece and was just trying to see if I had it in me too, the older version I have up here is slower

Wow! You are amazing. I'm doing this song for a competition and was looking for an example...then this came up! Incredible! How old are you in this?

and this tempo i find is too fast. it felt rushed. much better job on the diction though! Good Job!

not gonna lie, it's a lot more fun to sing it faster... but I have to agree it sounds rushed. I think it could be performed that fast though and still be ok, it would just take a little more than what I gave it, dynamic and support wise
