It's not entirely throttle control Zamboni's such as the 520 series have hydrostatic transmissions, so you can put the RPM's up to 2500 push the gas pedal get up to speed and when turning a corner slowly let off the accelerator, and it slows down thats why they don't have brakes. By the way I'm pretty that Conditioner is just about a right off now.
