we have alot of cameras in the city we live in the drug trafficking stopped good thing and alot of the fights break out here in the past and the shit that goes down but yup the nwo is sneaking up on us and martial law is comming they are going to arrest alot of innocent people along with the rest of the criminals they already preparared plstic caskets good luck

they are PIR`s (passive infra red ) detectors not cameras! they detect movement either on the junction(inter section) or pedestrian crossing.To prevent congestion at junctions by setting off the time delay in the lighting control unit and thus stopping the flow of traffic on the other side of junction or false activation of the crossing signal of P.U.F.I.N . crossings(pedestrian user friendly infra-red networking) by pesky kids pressing the button then running off causing nuisance stop lights

I have been pretty livid about the new arrival of streetlight cameras going up in my small (low crime-rate) town over the past two weeks...great idea about the message on the visor, I will be sure to put a RP bumper sticker where mr. camera man is sure to see it:)

They do not stop crime, although they can film your murder.

Also a very important way to observe movements, also for troop movements. Facial ID and must of all, Marshal law, but think about it, if you have a remote command you could direct troop movement effectively.
