Thanks alot man really helped out ive seen over 50 videos of skull crushers and i felt something wass wrong and i watched this video and now i feel like im doin em right thanks

Great videos! Quick question. On skull crushers, is it best to keep the weight lighter so your form doesn't suffer?

When ever i do skull crushers with dumbbells my elbows kinda hurt but they dont hurt when i do other exercises just skull crushers...

@LuisLegnd007 - stop doing them. There are other exercises you can do that are just as good. Dips, tricep push downs, kickbacks and even overhead extentions if they do not hurt. Baz
