Sim City 4
A City-Building-Game of 2003 with a very active community even in 2010.
The free content expands every day. The original Game was 0,5 Gbyte, mine is 11 Gbyte.
This is my latest city with app. 250.000 inhabitants.

For all who don´t know the game: the cities are fully functional. Traffic (full simulated for every inhabitant), health, security, crime, wealth and education.
And you can even drive the cars, busses, ships, trains and helicoters by yourself.

Would you please post all mods/texture packs/plug-ins you are using in this video in a comment or description? I tried to find some things myself, but I cant find some things. I really enjoy SC4 Vanilla, but just seeing your vid makes me want more. I would really appreciate it if you can show me links/names of the community packs you are using.

@miridobro1 there was only 2 minor patches in 2004. So the actual version is 7 years old. But there are many actual plugins, like the NAM.

well, i played cities xl beta and xl 2011 but, there is no good system of mass transportation and terraforming. Also very few buildings. SimCity is still the game with more options.
