Skinny Noodles Preparation
Open package over sink and drain Skinny Noodles into a colander.
Rinse well to remove the natural earthy scent. This unique scent is naturally occurring from the alkaline content of water.
Drain well.
In a small saucepan, boil water with a pinch of salt. Add Skinny Noodles and parboil for 2 3 minutes. Remove from heat, drain, and rinse with cold tap water. Drain again.
If you want to cut the noodles down to an appropriate length for your recipe, lay the noodles on a cutting board and cut to the desired length.
Now, Skinny Noodles are ready for our recipes.

  • I've tried the Shirataki Tofu Noodles and found them go be very good. However, I am not a fan of Tofu because of possible link to cancer--google it! Even Dr. OZ recommends eating Tofu in moderation. I am about to pull the plug on an order of these Skinny Noodles made in USA. I'll let you know how they compare to the Shirataki Tofu Noodles. It will probably be a couple of weeks before I post my recommendations.
