I took your Holiday Man idea to a whole new level. I went to two laundry mats on Christmas Eve and found two dryers that were stopped with warm clothes in them. I threw in envelopes with cash and a note saying Happy Holidays, from the Secret Holiday Man. I have no idea who the lucky people were or what their reaction was, but these are small towns, so I hoping that a Holiday Man legend will eventually get back to me.
