I consider this video, American propaganda, because we all know that hundreds of thousands of innocent Iraqi, men, women and children were actually tortured by a war that should had never lasted this long. We should had been out with the fall of Saddam and not a day later.

If you disagree with my statement about taking 12 year olds as wives, then it seems you lack understanding of basic human biology.

Puberty is when the human body first becomes ready to reproduce. Before puberty, the body is not ready for sexual intercourse, and attempting will cause damage. A lot of children don't hit puberty until 13. Most societies think puberty is still too young.

@panjabiwarrior We're not talking about crime and punishment, nor are we talking about choice.

There are a lot of issues with our legal system, and I think it needs a lot of improving. There are some things I would like us to copy from other legal systems, including those in the middle east.

But considering 12yo children as wives is unnatural. That's not a question of law, it simply isn't meant to be that way. It's as unnatural as passing a law requiring people to have wings.

@panjabiwarrior 12 years old IS a child, I'm sorry, but there is no disputing that. A lot of twelve year olds haven't even had puberty yet, and before puberty, any attempt at sexual intercourse would be painful, unpleasant and dangerous.

I personally agree with our laws on legal ages. I could accept that post-pubescent teenagers were classed as "adults" in some places, but not pre-pubescent. That's seriously unnatural.

Also i would like to say that in my opinion all sexual predators (rapists, child molesters) should be killed.
