I filmed this during my Freestyle Pole class tonight! During this class I help students develop repertoire for freestyle dance, and we finish the class by performing for each other. It's always a wonderful time watching these ladies grow as dancers. I decided to do my freestyle dance tonight to "Love Out Of Lust" by Lykke Li, to complete my January Challenge. What a great idea for a pole class! When I used to figure skate there were classes like this but I rarely see unique pole classes like this. Your freestyle performances always amaze me. It is like everything is second nature.
