HHHmmmm the death penalty and abortion are not close to the same bud. Abortion kills an innocent baby that has done nothing wrong execpt have an irresponsible mother. Then the death penalty kills someone who can't function within society like a rapist, child molester, and murderer. So which one seems more justified.
